Jeffery S. Alexander, M.D. Twice named Baltimore’s “Top Doctor” by Baltimore Magazine—most recently in 2005—Dr. Alexander is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Currently in private practice, he has worked as a physician in the Baltimore area in various capacities, including six years at Johns Hopkins Health Care as a clinical instructor at the University of Maryland Department of General Internal Medicine and Baltimore Veterans Administration Hospital. He is a graduate of Tulane University and Tulane University School of Medicine, and the recipient of numerous awards including Intern of the Year at the University of Maryland.

Zelda Milstein. One of the country’s foremost experts in anxiety and stress disorders, Ms. Milstein co-founded the Anxiety Disorders Clinic at Sheppard Pratt Hospital (location) in 1978. Specialty areas include in vivo exposure and development of cognitive coping skills for panic disorder, agoraphobia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and fear of flying; in fact, she was the first in vivo therapist in Maryland. Although she has been in private practice at the Anxiety and Stress Disorder Institute of Maryland since 1993, Ms. Milstein gives lectures and workshops around the country, including a presentation on comprehensive treatment programs for agoraphobia to the American Psychological Association Division of Psychotherapy in San Diego. She also has been featured repeatedly on local television stations and CNN broadcasts worldwide.

Steve Goodman is the vice president of SonicWALL's (NASDAQ: SNWL) Business Continuity business. Steve overseas the company’s entrance into the $5 billion backup and recovery and storage market. As founder and CEO of Lasso Logic (acquired by SonicWALL in 2005), Steve has over 15 years experience providing small and medium sized businesses and middle market IT departments with technology solutions. Steve was previously co-CEO and co-founder of Learning Productions, Inc. (acquired in 2000 by SkillSoft; NASDAQ: SKIL), a company that pioneered web-based Simulated Learning Environments. At SkillSoft Steve served two years as vice president of Business Development responsible for securing and managing strategic relationships with partners including Accenture, Yahoo, WebEx, and PWC. Before Learning Productions, Steve worked for Accenture managing components of multi-million dollar technology implementations. Steve holds a M.S. in Computer Science from The George Washington University.

Andrew Rosen. A natural entrepreneur and co-founder of Healthy Footsteps, Andrew Rosen brings a wide range of experience, along with a commitment to using technology to improve the life and health of individuals, to this pioneering web-based company. His diverse background includes working at internet giant AOL to develop strategic solutions for such international companies as Nike, Russell Athletic and Chevrolet; serving as the as Vice President of Business Development for baseball great Cal Ripken, Jr. while at the Tufton Group. Always results-oriented, Andrew has spearheaded successful promotions such as "The Dads Day at the Yard," which generated more than 12 million impressions nationally via the web portal, and the Cal Ripken World Series, which made history by being the first game televised on the internet through baseball.tv. Another one of his strengths is creating strong business partnerships, which he has done with companies like Wheaties, Coca Cola and U.S. Air. Andrew holds a degree in business management from Towson State University.

Rachel Velocci. Before co-founding Healthy Footsteps and founding Mosaic Marketing Solutions—a marketing, promotions and event planning firm—Rachel Velocci built a respected career as a marketing strategist for multi-million dollar national health care companies. She focused marketing and business development at Gentiva Health Services—a $1.5 billion company—for more than 10 years before being recruited to Curative Health Services as director, then vice president, of marketing. In each position, Rachel brought her unique ability to focus strategically on the big picture while seamlessly managing the details and providing high-level service. Areas of specialty include publications, web content development, business strategy, network development, identity, branding, special events and highly targeted marketing solutions. In 2005, she started her own marketing firm. Rachel graduated from Towson State University with a degree in psychology.
